STS is an escrow supervision service that protects the interests of both buyers and sellers. Funds are securely held by ibuychem.com until all order terms (e.g. delivery, product quality) are fulfilled.

- Optional Inspection Service: You may entrust ibuychem platform to conduct pre-shipment inspection on product quality and quantity.
- After-sales & Dispute Handling: You can authorize our platform to assist with dispute resolution,
including refunds or product returns where applicable. This service is available only to buyers who sign the entrustment with ibuychem.
